A deep green six-panel cap concept with a curved brim and the Bastoni roundel. Crown shape, closure, and embroidery will be established through sampling.

The development brief

  • Proposed compact cotton twill with a dedicated six-panel crown and curved brim.
  • The approved green roundel at a proposed 2.25-inch diameter, woven interior tape, and a fabric strap with a metal adjuster.
  • Crown profile, embroidery scale, closure, and fit to be developed with a headwear specialist.
  • The cap image is a design concept. The exact roundel master is shown alongside; stitching and placement require a physical sample.
